Arrived quickly. Gets nice and hot in just two minutes. Is very nice. The only negative criticism is that, like all wheat bags I presume, it does not stay hot for all that long.

Just put in a microwave for 90 seconds and place on those tired shoulders to take away the pain. Superb product and it has a good fragrance too! Can be used on most parts of the body and you relax while it does the work, relieving the tension in the muscles. Try to avoid placing on bare skin as it is a heated product.
