The product itself was very well received. The supplier however, was not very quick off the mark and the goal post on delivery kept moving. I cancelled it as it was a birthday present which had now long since past. I then ordered something else. This was still delivered. It was difficult then to expect her to send it back. She was happy. Overall I have bought fuzzy friends products for many people and they are always very well received. They do look cute. They do work. Smell lovely. Value for money.
